COVID-19 GUIDELINES

At this time, ICPA is dedicated to re-opening this fall. In our efforts to keep students and staff safe, we are implementing the following guidelines for everyone entering the building, effective immediately. The guidelines are based on information taken from CDC.gov/coronavirus.

UPON ENTRY

  • Everyone must wear a mask upon entry and duration of stay on campus

  • Everyone will be temperature tested upon entry

  • Anyone that appears to have any of the commonly known symptoms of coronavirus will be denied entry or sent home

  • There will be signage throughout the campus to remind everyone of proper protocol

WASHING HANDS

Students are required to wash their hands more frequently and upon instruction. It is especially important to wash:

  • After using the restroom

  • Before and after eating

  • After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing

  • After handling your cloth face covering (mask)

Students are required to use hand sanitizer upon entry to any room and whenever handwashing is not feasible

IN-CLASS / CLOSE CONTACT

Students are required to keep a social distance of 6 feet from each other and should avoid sharing any personal items (earbuds, headphones, writing implements, etc.)

BUILDING MAINTENANCE

Rooms and frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned/disinfected between uses to keep the spread in infection low. This includes tables, chairs, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, keyboards, instruments, etc.

MEAL PERIODS

Students are required to maintain the social distancing rules and avoid sharing personal or food items.
